Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Browse the collections on the website and select the item you’d like. For items that allow customization (such as iPad, laptop, and camera sleeves; AirPod cases; makeup bags; organizer pouches; and oven skirts), you will be able to choose fabric, size, closure type, and any available add-ons. Once customization is complete, add the item to your cart and check out.

Which items are customizable?

The following items currently offer customization options and add-ons:

  • iPad sleeves
  • Laptop sleeves
  • Camera cases
  • Airpod cases
  • Makeup bags and organizer pouches
  • Oven skirts
  • Book Covers

Other items, including dog crates, quilts, memory items, and pillows, do not include add-ons and are offered as listed.

Which items can be made live on TikTok?

Eligible items may be made live only if the “Made Live” option is selected at checkout. Items that may be made live include:

  • iPad sleeves
  • Laptop sleeves
  • Camera cases
  • AirPod cases
  • Makeup bags and organizer pouches
  • Oven skirts

On-hand items or items not selected for live may still be completed during a live if there is no active lineup.

Which items are not made on live?

Due to size, complexity, or sentimental nature, the following items are never made live:

  • Dog crates
  • Quilts
  • T-shirt quilts
  • Memorabilia or memory items
  • Memorabilia stuffies
  • Pillows

These items are always completed off-live to ensure proper care and attention.

How does the Live Line-Up work?

The Live Line-Up shows the order queue for live-made items and is available through the Linktree in my bio. Orders are listed by first name and last initial.

When your name is called during a live, you must comment the last four digits of your ZIP code to confirm your order before work begins. This prevents false claiming or unauthorized changes.

If you are not present during the first two scheduled lives, your order will be skipped and attempted again at a future live. If you are not present during the third scheduled live, your order will be completed without you.

What days do you go live?

As of now, I go live Monday through Saturday. I do not go live on Sundays. Sundays are reserved for inventory updates, packaging orders, creating new products, and sourcing new fabrics.

How many live orders do you take per day?

To ensure quality and avoid rushing, I limit live-made orders to approximately 10 per day.I may add more depending on time and volume.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship three times per week. Live-made orders do not ship the same day they are completed. Processing times vary depending on customization and order volume. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

No. Due to the custom and handmade nature of all items, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, you must email Sundayquill@gmail.com immediately upon delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Damage must be reported on the day of delivery to be reviewed.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as materials are often cut and prepared in advance.

Do you accept commission pieces?

Yes, commission pieces are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please email Sundayquill@gmail.com to inquire. Due to complexity, commission items may not be eligible to be made live.

Can I send in my own materials or fabrics?

Yes. If you are sending materials for a custom or memory item, you are responsible for all shipping costs and any insurance you choose to add. P.O. box information can be found in the website footer.

What if I don’t see a fabric I like?

New fabrics are added weekly. If you don’t see something you love, feel free to email me to ask about sourcing options.

How can I contact you?

For all questions or inquiries, please email Sundayquill@gmail.com. I do my best to respond as quickly as possible during business hours.
