Shipping & Processing

All items from Sunday Quill & Thread are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Processing times may vary depending on item type, customization, and current order volume.

Orders are shipped three times per week. However, depending on the Live Line-up, it can take at least 7-10 business days before your product is completed. Orders made live do not ship the same day they are completed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Sundays are reserved for packaging previous orders, updating inventory, creating new products, and sourcing new fabrics. New fabrics and product releases take place every Sunday.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of all items, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

If your package arrives damaged, you must email Sundayquill@gmail.com immediately upon delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be properly addressed. Damage reported after delivery day may not be eligible for review.

Sunday Quill & Thread is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or damaged in transit beyond documented delivery damage.

If you are shipping materials to be used in a custom or memory item, you are responsible for shipping costs and any insurance you choose to add. The address for sending materials is P.O. Box Charlotte, NC 28278.
